- Job Summary

- To support our continuous growth in the European Health Solution Design Organization we are hiring a Project Controller / Financial Analyst for the Design Cluster of Milan, Althofen and Timisoara.

- Reporting to the Finance Manager & Controller, The Financial Analyst for HS Design Cluster, will be responsible for managing the activities related to projects' controlling, month end forecasting and budgeting to ensure accurate projects' controlling and financial statements in support of the finance and engineering management of the cluster and in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

- What the typical day looks like:

- Assist in month end and quarter end close with review of journal entries and preparation of month-end / quarter-end adjustments ensuring proper revenue and cost recognition.

- Aggregate and prepare actual and forecast financial data.

Compare the current forecast against the prior forecast.

- Prepare accurate monthly actual PL and 12 months rolling financial forecast, review internal and external monthly financial statements for accuracy and integrity.

- Develop detailed commentary correlating physical activity at reporting entities to changes in forecasts and to deviations from targeted financial metrics.

- Prepare reports (scheduled and ad-hoc) in support of cluster's controller and/or leadership team.

- Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedure for financial reporting.

- Support the audit of company accounts.

- Here is some of what you'll need (required):

- Finished degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.

- Demonstrated experience in monthly close activities.

- Advanced functional, technical and process management skills in accounting, controlling, and forecasting.

- Advanced Excel is a must and Marcos would be a plus.

- Structured mind set, having flexible thinking as great benefit for the role and desire for multicultural adaptation

- Ability for building strong relationships based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect

- Proficient in English is a must and German/ Italian would be a plus.
