The position The Project Controls Manager has the overall responsibility to develop, implement, and oversee the Project Managed Service company deliveries.
This includes ensuring that all project controls processes are in place, managing the performance of the service providers, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and timelines.
You will develop, implement, and execute processes, tools, and systems to ensure an integrated project controls system for program and large and complex projects.
You will establish bottom-up project cost estimate and budget across all project areas, implement cost management processes to track, monitor and forecast project cost, manage project contingency, analyses variances from the budget.
Your other responsibilities will be: Establish level 3 schedule covering the full project scope (including roll up to level 1 and 2), implement schedule management processes incl.
progress management across all project disciplines, facilitate schedule scenarios and change impact analyses, establish and maintain project staffing plan.
Implement and execute Risk Management process, facilitate risk assessments across all project disciplines, maintain overview of project risks and potential impact on cost & schedule throughout project, monitor and challenge implementation of risk mitigating actions.
Implement change control processes to ensure potential changes are evaluated, challenged, and impact assessed before approved / rejected, you will ensure approved changes are implemented in project budgets and schedules.
Monitor Team / Contractor / Supplier Performance, continuously analyses complex project performance data and convert analyses into actionable insights to the Project Management, implement and maintain Earned Value Management, maintain the project baseline, report project cost and schedule project performance, provide project input to NN financial processes.
You will manage the people management processes with the employees e. g.
salary, bonus, IDP and well-being dialogues.
Regarding your personal skills, we require cross functional collaboration and management skills, proactive approach, ability to add value to every aspect of the project, consistently on top of the situation and able to manage priorities, result-oriented with a "can-do" attitude, effective coaching skills, organized and structured approach towards work with high quality output, strong ability to optimize, experience working closely with experts from a wide range of areas such as specialists, scientists, technicians, technical coordinators, line management, and external contractors.
Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: Master´s Degree in Engineering, Business administration or technical field.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar management positions.
Minimum 8 years combined project management experience in major investment projects, e. g.
as planner, cost engineer, risk engineer or similar.
Extensive experience working in complex projects in various roles including roles with project management responsibility, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Leadership experience.
Strong analytic and problem-solving experience.
Experience with project management software.
Fluent English, Italian preferred.
About the department You will be part of the FFEx AN Engineering & Construction Management department based in Anagni, Italy.
Our project is part of a global initiative with sister projects in Denmark, France, and the USA.
You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with international engineering partners and collaborating across world time zones.
