Project Coordinator

In this role you will:
Consolidate team action items and track their completionPartner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learnedCreate templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis resultsEnsure documentation is well organised and accessibleManage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on timeDevelop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communicationsPrepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program dataEnsure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessarySupport development and updates of monthly reportingSupport vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboardingWe would love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in data analysis for a large projectEnjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder reviewHave experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analyticsHave worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisionsAbout usSince 1974, we've been providing a construction consultancy service that keeps clients coming back.
