Project Coordinator
This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support across various aspects of project management, communication, and team coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, effective scheduling, accurate record-keeping, and strategic business analysis.
Main Responsibility Organize internal meetings (including agenda preparation, material coordination, and time zone management for global offices) and serve as the direct point of contact for overseas teams to ensure efficient information flow. Monitor project timelines in real-time, proactively remind responsible teams of key milestones, and identify potential delays with early warning solutions. Use project management tools to track progress and regularly produce risk assessment reports. Assign standardized tasks based on established workflows and manage ticket prioritization in systems. Systematically record project-related information (e. g. , documents, team responsibilities, milestones) to ensure clear categorization and traceability. Generate visual reports (e. g. , weekly/monthly updates, KPI dashboards) and analysis based on project data to meet leadership decision-making needs. Support team leaders in coordinating cross-department resources and optimizing collaboration processes. Other tasks assigned by Leader. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Business or related fields. 2+ years of experience in project management or operations support, ideally in multinational corporations or project PMO roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e. g. , Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint advanced formatting); Power BI, basic SQL/Python skills are a plus. Excellent communication skills, experience in cross-department coordination and effective collaboration with overseas teams. Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving skills with actionable solutions. High execution ability, capable of multitasking and delivering high-quality results on time.
Skilled in handling complex tasks with precision. Strong ownership mindset, proactively takes responsibility, and drives continuous process improvement. Fast learner, team player. Proficiency in English for international communication and report writing.
