Project Coordinator
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Milan team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects and carrying them out through the ERP system.
Your role will involve meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, as well as managing associated risks.
This role is key to proper communication with customers and internal departments and to ensure smooth project execution.

**What You Will Do
- ** Project management**: Lead responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of projects after receipt of the order until handover to the customer.
- ** Communication**: Main contact for customers throughout the entire project duration.
Coordination of communication between sales, the customer and internal teams (e. g.
production, logistics, technology) to ensure transparent and efficient project execution.
- ** Order processing**: Supporting the sales team in the internal processing and tracking of orders, including checking and approving orders and clarifying technical and commercial questions.
- ** Time and resource planning**: Creating and monitoring project schedules and efficiently allocating resources to ensure timely execution.
- ** Risk management**: Identifying potential risks in the project process and developing solutions to minimize risk.
- ** Cost control**: Monitoring the budget and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
- ** Quality management**: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical requirements throughout the project
- ** Reporting**: Regular reporting to management on the current status of the projects and the preparation of project completion reports
- ** Other**: Receiving and accepting service requests, issuing invoices
**Who we are looking for
- Higher education (preferably technical)
- Fluent English proficiency
- Experience in customer service and in coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of project management tools and software (e. g.
MS Project, SAP, D365)
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness and resilience in stressful situations.
