**The role**:

Svea Solar started its operations in Sweden, gradually expanding operations across Europe.

Now we are starting our operations in Italy, and this is a unique opportunity to join an established company while building a customer base in Italy.

The role will initially report to the Managing Director in Italy with a future prospect of growing to a bigger Operations team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a bridge between Sales and Installations.

You will lead, plan and coordinate technical specifications for PV systems for our residential customers in Italy.

More specifically, the role entails:

- Leading the planning phase of the projects and processes within residential installations.

- Supervising and coordinating administrative processes (GSE assignment, landscaping, etc.

)

- Closely collaborating with other internal stakeholders to improve the quality of our processes.

- Coordinating projects with the installation partners (internal or external).

- Technical background and project coordination experience, ideally with experience in PV residential plants and installations.

- A relevant engineering degree is preferred.

- Proficiency in Italian and conversational ability in English.
