Project Coordinator - Marketing Admin
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator working in the marketing team to manage graphic support and project administration in Milan, as part of the Global Team, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager.
How you will contribute
Graphic Design:
- Design and production of new image and video content in collaboration with marketing manager for in-house content and certain content with the support of external agency (creative moodboards, photography proposals, follow-up of shootings and post-production).
- Realization and graphic creation of projects for print
- Research of new creative concepts and implementation of a creative watch
- Ensure compliance with the codes of the graphic charter on the various media
- Quality monitoring (checking files before uploading)
Marketing Administration:
- Main point of reference / support to Marketing Manager EU & will work in a cross-functional way with key areas of the company and our external agencies to facilitate the conception and full execution of each marketing project
- Support marketing manager in coordinating the production and execution of shootings for fashion shows, lookbooks, social media content, and administration (contributor/talent booking, schedule, budget, etc)
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to build planning of projects to ensure smooth execution
- Support in overseeing daily operations with contributors/talents and freelancers
- Support marketing manager to centralize and share project related key information, progress, and resources with the various internal departments to ensure that project goals and quality objectives are met on time and within scope and resource requirements.
- Support marketing manager with building schedules, monitoring budgets and general administrative work: concept briefs, invoices/trackers, contracts, budget tracking, organizing meetings, etc.
- Manage sample trafficking and coordinating samples with PR agency for gifting activities and editorial requests to achieve print, digital & social media coverage in all media partner & target all markets except APAC.
- Be responsible for the quality of deliverables shared internally and with the PR & media agency
- As a core member of the Global Marketing team - all of our team members are expected to contribute - beyond the remit of the functional role - to the overall PORTS 1961 Marketing Strategy and its successful global execution.
**Requirements**:
- Professional experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position (fashion experience preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Package or Perfect mastery of typography, the graphic chain and the Adobe suite: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere, Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint + Excel), and have good understanding on online acquisition channels: Search (knowledge of Google Search stack is a plus), Social media, Display, Affiliation, Programmatic
- Experience on Google Analytics with enhanced eCommerce, Social platforms tracking capabilities
- Creative and curious mindset to aid in collaborating with internal & external teams to develop in creating ad-hoc content with a strong understanding of visual concept direction-execution and a good sense of post-production.
- Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Ability to adapt to different environments and be open-minded
- Proficient in both Italian & English
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, Tempo determinato
Stipendio: €25. 000, 00 - €35. 000, 00 all'anno
