Our client is WOLONG GROUP , one of the leading manufacturers of Power Drive System solutions and world's 3rd largest producer of electric motors. We are looking for a: PROJECT CUSTOMER SERVICE - PROJECT BUSINESS LINE The resource will collaborate with local Sales to develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare requests of quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties;

Transfer customers order execution procedures to factories project

management teams;

Coordinate the whole process flow in a project execution;

Respond to customers' complains and escalating issues;

Manage the technical and commercial change orders;

Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation with

Factory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team;

Facilitate project closeout reports and Project review meetings with customers;

keep coordination and relationship with 3rd party local suppliers;

Qualifications:

Successfully completed study in the field of electrical engineering or

industrial engineering;

Good experience in Electric motors Low and Medium Voltage, as well as Electronic drives;

Good Knowledge of SAP system, CRM and Microsoft office tools;

Native in Italian and Fluent in English both oral and written; Spanish, German or Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus;

Ability to manage International projects involving EPC, Engineering,

OEM, End Users and different factories Worldwide;

Goal-oriented and problem solving mind set;
