Specializing in utility-scale solar and wind projects, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Wind Project Developer to lead the development of large-scale wind energy projects across Italy. What will you be doing? Identifying and evaluating potential wind project sites in Italy, considering environmental, technical, financial, and regulatory factors. Managing permitting and approvals processes, ensuring compliance with Italian regulatory requirements. Preparing and executing land acquisition agreements with landowners to secure contracts. Coordinating with stakeholders, including communities, government agencies, and third-party experts. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial development to construction readiness, while ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and objectives. Are you the ideal candidate? A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). 3-5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on wind projects in Italy. In-depth knowledge of Italy's renewable energy regulatory framework, permitting processes, and environmental policies. Proven experience managing relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders. Fluent in Italian and English, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. What's in it for you?
