Project Developer
You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects, specializing in photovoltaic installations.
Your extensive experience will enable you to lead projects from inception to completion with efficiency and excellence.
Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and securing all necessary authorizations and permits required for project initiation.
Managing a team of developers, consultants, and stakeholders, while maintaining effective communication and relationships with regulatory authorities throughout the land acquisition and authorization processes.
Negotiating and finalizing technical and commercial terms for land lease agreements, DDS, and acquisition contracts, ensuring optimal conditions for project success.
Strategically analyzing and refining preliminary, definitive, and executive project plans, including comprehensive network infrastructure for MV and HV connections.
Orchestrating the seamless connection process to the national electricity grid, leveraging expertise in network operator portals to streamline operations.
Leading negotiations for EPC and O&M contracts, with a keen focus on drafting meticulous technical annexes to safeguard project interests.
Coordinating closely with suppliers, construction firms, consultants, professionals, and public administrations to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards throughout project development.
Identifying potential risks and challenges, and proactively devising mitigation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
Demonstrating astute resource management skills, both tangible and intangible, to maximize project efficiency and minimize costs.
Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress and provide hands-on supervision and guidance as needed.
Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in renewable energy project management, particularly in photovoltaic installations.
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in scientific subjects or technical/professional diploma with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in the renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in industry regulations and cutting-edge technologies relevant to photovoltaic projects.
Mastery of MS-Office suite and advanced proficiency in QGIS software for comprehensive project analysis and management.
Profound knowledge of CAD tools and design support software for meticulous project planning and execution.
Exceptional autonomy in project management, coupled with the ability to effectively engage and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Outstanding planning and process control capabilities, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and strategic decision-making in dynamic project environments.

Flexibility to travel as needed within the national territory.
Native proficiency in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
