Your new team You'll join a highly motivated, goal-driven, and supportive Project Development team based in Milan. Currently, we have 10 dedicated colleagues, and our collaborative culture allows us to tackle challenges and achieve our goals together. Your new role As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in the development of new solar and wind projects across Italy. Your work will directly contribute to Europe's green transition and energy future. A typical day Identify and assess potential sites for renewable energy projects using GIS and mapping tools. Evaluate grid capacity and investigate connection opportunities to ensure project feasibility. Assist the Project Manager in preparing and presenting investment opportunities to the board. Organize and lead meetings with landowners, municipalities, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. Negotiate and secure land rights to enable project development. Prerequisites to progress in the job A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development in Italy. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proactive, relationship-building approach and the ability to work well independently and within a team. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
