As Project Development Manager you will be responsible for actively participating in the development of photovoltaic projects in Italy, being an active part in procedures with public administrations, renewals of land lease contracts, others. Supervise and coordinate all aspects related to the performance of external collaborators involved in project development in order to ensure the quality of the service provided to Soltec and compliance with deadlines.
As well as the supervision and coordination of contractual management, cost control and project deadlines, and management with National Authorities Job responsibilities: Actively participate and control the performance of potential external collaborators in the fulfillment of the following tasks and functions: Securing land, both for the photovoltaic plant and for the interconnection facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the work carried out by external engineers, regarding the studies and designs necessary to obtain the relevant authorizations.
Coordinate the interaction between external collaborators and the Soltec departments involved in development activities (legal, engineering, administration, etc. ).
Keep the internal control and monitoring systems of the company's development activities up to date, ensuring that periodic reports are correct in terms of content, time and form, both internally and to potential Soltec partners in the projects.
Attend and lead project monitoring meetings with partners.
Ensure control of the project budget.
Keep project cash forecasts updated.
Carry out correct document management of the project, in view of third-party due diligence processes, whether for project sales, financing, etc.
Actively collaborate with other areas of the organization in corporate processes.
Actively participate in meetings that are necessary to obtain permits and licenses for the project, including meetings with public administrations and other developers with whom evacuation infrastructure is shared.
These functions represent the entirety of the position, but are not exclusively limited to them.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Industrial/Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions.
English C1.

Salary according to experience.
Variable remuneration according to achievement of objectives.
Choose your starting time (8:00 or 9:30 a. m. ) from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays finish the day at 2:30 p. m. , to dedicate time to what you most want.
You will have 1 day of teleworking a week.
You will enjoy the afternoon free on your birthday.
