Key Responsibilities: Ensure maximum MWs under development to reach RTB. Support the management of portfolio projects under co-development with co-developers, ensuring all development steps are met successfully. Proactively support solutions to issues faced by partners' developers/projects, utilizing internal and external resources to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure up-to-date and precise project development reporting to facilitate top management's decision-making. Participate in obtaining relevant approvals from management to ensure projects progress positively. Support due diligence regarding portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation, leveraging knowledge of permitting for solar and wind projects to assess portfolio quality effectively. Support any transversal subjects impacting the overall work and expertise-building of the RES team (e. g. , BESS, AgriPV, etc.

). Maintain excellent up-to-date granular knowledge of project development steps, including permitting, land contracts, grid connection, etc. , from origination to ready-to-build. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset, proactively seeking to improve the status quo. Participate in utility-scale solar/wind project development/acquisitions/co-development partnerships. Exhibit project management skills with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and managing long-term projects on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively conveying needs and wants to transversal teams in an international and multicultural context. Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
