- What would it be your main responsibilities?

- Active search and analysis of photovoltaic solar generation project opportunities in Italy - Identification of local projects and closing of co-development agreements.

- Identification and negotiation of land contracts suitable for the development of photovoltaic solar projects.

- Dialogue with Public Administration for the processing of permits, licenses and authorizations.

- Transmission management of the interconnection to the electrical system with the electricity company (HV and MV) - Processing, coordination, management and negotiation of all project permits and contracts.

- Conduct due diligence on all contract documents and risks to ensure projects meet financing and technical criteria.

- Work with Project Development team to negotiate project documents with the parties (PPA, EPC, O&M, supplier, etc. ).

- Coordination with technical team: production studies, designs, budgets.

- Coordination with financial department Support management in negotiations, preparing investment reports for internal approval and project financing purposes, etc.

- At least 3 years experience in a similar position - Italian native or fluent.

Fluent in Spanish or English desirable.

- Knowledge of the electricity local market regulation.
