Reporting to the Country Manager Italy and managing two dedicated resources, He/She will be responsible for undertaking and coordinating all the necessary activities for the successful development of the Wind projects in Italy, with the final target to reach all the required permits for implementing the project.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- To take care of the project feasibility and evaluate according to the Corporate criteria

- To support HQ technical department Wind in drafting and evaluating preliminary wind layouts and propose a technical solution to maximise the producibility of the plant

- To assess the environmental and technical restrictions potentially affecting lands according to the Italian regulation/law

- To develop and maintain excellent relations with local stakeholders, including landowners, mayors, authorities and neighbours

- To coordinate the technical activities with the local and group-wide experts

- To identify and secure the land plots needed for the implementation of the project

- To deal with the environmental aspects of the projects and suggest solutions to reduce impacts of the projects by maximizing acceptance of the communities and Authorities

- To lead and manage the permitting process of Wind projects

A proficient English, written and spoken, is mandatory and more than welcome the familiarity with the WindPRO software.

High communication and negotiation skills, people management attitude, initiative, passion, energy and good organizational skills complete the requested profile.

The workplace is in Milan.
