ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

HV Process Engineering

- Drive Process standardization through all the HV Land production areas within the BU global footprint

- Analyse existing HV Land production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products

- Act as a technical point of reference for plant strategic initiatives on HV Land production lines and issues that requires a particular know - how involvement

- With the support of the plant process engineering team coordinate and implement efficiency programs

(5s, 6s)

- Collect manufacturing data, and develop, calculate and analyze manufacturing KPIs

Technical Services (Cross business)

- Create a coordination and know how sharing of maintenance practices and methodologies for the main business processes and plant machineries

- Coordinate new equipment installations and machine upgrades with the support of the plant operations team

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5 years experience of operations experience with focus on HV Land cables

- Extensive technical knowledge on extrusion technology

- Strong analytical skills and capacity to analyze plant KPIs

- Experience on factory maintenance process and procedures is preferred

- Availability to frequent business trip

- Fluent with English, other languages are considered as a plus
