**This position reports to**:
Manufacturing Unit Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
You will prepare, distribute and store accurately Customers, ABB, and Supplier documents for projects as per internal procedures in a timely manner, ensuring effective version control and status tracking. You will maintain a high level of data quality for document control and will closely cooperate with Project Engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power - Low Voltage Systems unit in Dalmine. Main stakeholders are Project Manager, Project Engineers and Customers. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensure that the document handling of all relevant Customer, ABB and Supplier documents are handled as per local procedures guidelines and project specific requirements. Support Project Manager and Project Engineering team as document management responsible within project. - Ensure that a document control and communication process is available according to the project's scope and requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. - Effectively communicate appropriate documentation updates to Customer and other stakeholders in a timely manner and provide accurate progress reporting. Register feedback and comments received from Customer on the documentation updates and communicate these to the project team. - Support project management with delivery of final documentation to Customer and with long term storage and archival of all relevant project documentation according to local unit instructions. - Actively engage with Project Manager and Project Engineering team to establish document list for project as per contract requirements. Plan the document as per project timeline and provide input to progress report according to local unit and project requirements. - Actively inform Project Manager in the event of new requirements from Customer that may cause changes in document management process and/or scope. - Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
