**Job Description: Project Document Controller
Location: Bergamo
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Document Controller.
As a Project Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of project documentation within our Energy department at Quest Global.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Organize and categorize documents according to project requirements and company standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and review necessary documents.
- Implement document control procedures and ensure adherence to them.
- Monitor document distribution and ensure timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and update document status and maintain an organized filing system.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Support project managers in document-related tasks and provide administrative assistance as needed.
**Work Experience
**The selected resources will be involved in activities supporting the Program Management department and, with increasing levels of interface with Clients, will be responsible for the correct and timely review and management of technical documentation for the project and the tracking of technical information for the project in the company's information systems through the use of dedicated platforms.
- Degree (technical/economic-social/linguistic/legal/humanistic background);
- any experience (even brief, internship/thesis) in Office Management activities gained in modernly organized and structured business contexts will be considered a preferential requirement (although not essential);
- solid PC and personal productivity software skills;
- excellent command of the English language.
The profile is completed by personal qualities of operational flexibility, availability, reliability, and sense of responsibility, good precision, organization and method skills, aptitude for teamwork as well as strong communication and relationship management abilities.
