Project Enablement Intern
What you´ll do during your INTERNSHIP at BTSBTS's business is growing rapidly, and we are breaking new grounds in the way we partner with our clients to deliver learning interventions.
To support the execution of our projects, we are growing the Project Enablement team. The function manages the execution of all complex learning journeys, typically consisting of solutions from different BTS practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching, and digital solutions.
In addition, this function also drives the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys.
Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for BTS. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, authentic, and results-driven individual with skills, and ideally some experience in supporting the execution of projects involving multiple milestones, stakeholders, and use of technologies. Responsibilities include:Communicates effectively with the consultants and clients to ensure delivery timelines of both online and offline learning activities are met. Helps in the administration and deployment of the project deliverables and learning activities. Updates internal systems regularly, including but not limited to Salesforce and Box.com. Communicates effectively with participants of learning experiences to ensure active participation and timely submission of all online activities throughout the journey. Coordinates with consultants, clients, and others to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time. Communicates and coordinates remote or onsite program logistics requirements, including setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and scheduling of events and activities. Organizes periodical review sessions between consultants, learning facilitators, and clients. Collects and consolidates data for learning impact measurement and review, including setting up online systems, engaging participants to increase submission rates, and generating reports for review meetings. Maintains accurate and up-to-date databases for client reviews and submissions. Works collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions. Maintains a positive and professional image for efficiency and effectiveness and collaborates openly and effectively with all key BTS internal stakeholders. What we are looking forAbility to manage multiple projects and work remotely with colleagues from other countries and clients. Comfort level with a high activity base and multi-tasking. Demonstrated planning skills. Judgment to know when to modify the process. Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust. Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an accountability mindset. Some prior experience in managing similar tasks as described will be looked upon favorably, including:Project or event management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ambiguous situations. Knowledge of virtual learning or learning technologies. Working knowledge of learning impact measurement and reporting.
