The ideal candidate will be part of our technical department and directly responsible for the management, planning and control of the technical activities relevant to the assigned projects, as well as assisting and technically supporting the project manager in the relationship with the Owner's representative and surveyor.

In order to be successful, this candidate should have a wide knowledge regarding boatbuilding of steel/aluminum Superyacht of different size and type, and feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities Assist with on-site management of technical activities, contributing to project development and success Provide the necessary information input and coordinate the project team activities Plan and control the technical documentation flow, ensuring the issue of the expected deliverables in due time and matching Shipyard standards Support the Project Manager by providing technical responses and evaluating technical feasibility and impact of modification requests Responsible for RFI and submittal process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Naval or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience 3 - 5 years of experience as a project coordinator or project engineer Strong experience in 2D CAD and 3D modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards Please sign on Baglietto Career (
