We seek a driven specialist with exceptional communication skills and experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of AI-powered software integration into real estate portfolios around the globe.

The R8 Digital Operator Jenny is a sophisticated data-driven AI solution enabling real estate properties to rapidly decrease energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

In addition, your contribution as the Project Engineer will have an immediate and long-term impact on climate change mitigation.

Position Requirements: Mid- to Senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision; Fluent in English and Italian.
