PROJECT ENGINEER Full Time Hybrid Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy With Professional Experience 11/12/24 Contact person Julen Aierdi Global Recruitment Coordinator The position You will manage high and medium complexity projects from order acquisition to delivery at customer site, managing and customizing the technical project documentation, and providing also technical support during the execution.

The purpose includes the ability to secure and/or increase the profitability margins, to respect the agreed time schedules and to attend quality customer's expectations.

Main responsibilities Coordinate industrial projects from order acquisition to delivery at customer site.

Define a project execution plan.

Be a single point of contact with the customer for technical requests.

Cooperate strictly with the sales team to manage the customer according to the company strategy.

Manage the project deliverables collecting and monitoring the centralized factory production's steps.

Provide technical support during the execution.

Manage the customization of project documentation according to customer specification.

Monitor the scheduling, process and delivery time of the production process.

Cooperate with managers, customers and others to discuss the project status and to modify contract schedules on time when necessary.

Review contracts to determine what documentation is required for each phase of the project.

Manage an on time and accurate variation order in coordination with the Account/Sales Manager responsible for final approval.

Carry out the contract review to evaluate any aspect of improvement.

Manage completion of the project deliverables, including activities of placing order for all materials, completion of documents, shipping requirements and invoicing.

Check drawings and technical specifications to ensure complete order files.

Coordinate with Service & Installation team for commissioning and services.

Continue informing customer about the status of production, make sure that changes in time schedules (delivery times) or prices are communicated and adjusted on time when necessary.

    Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor of Electrical degree in engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering environment.

Basic understanding of commercial/contract aspects.

Good knowledge of electrical engineering processes.

Basic knowledge of CAD tool to manage minor comment coming from the customer on the drawings or make basic customer proposals.

              Computer literacy.

Fluent in English.
