Project Engineer / Management and Safety SystemsOPPORTUNITY: For our AIC Group Holding Company, we are looking for a bright and talented resource to join the Organization and Project Area Team to support the COO. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational analysis and design: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity. Management system development and implementation: Manage the implementation and maintenance of quality and safety management systems (e. g. , ISO 9001, ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with industry regulations and continuous process improvement. Quality assurance: Oversee the implementation of procedures and processes designed to ensure the quality of company products or services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction. Risk management: Identify and assess operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures to mitigate these risks and ensure a safe working environment. Internal audits: Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented management systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Training and awareness: Provide training and raise awareness to company personnel on quality and safety management systems, promoting a quality- and safety-oriented corporate culture. Documentation Management: Manage documentation related to management systems, ensuring that company procedures, manuals and records are up-to-date and accessible. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with different company departments to ensure effective implementation of processes and management systems, promoting collaboration and coordination among company functions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. Proven experience in design and implementation of quality and safety management systems. Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e. g. , ISO 9001, ISO 45001). Analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in using quality management and documentation software tools (e. g. , quality management software, Microsoft Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results orientation and ability to work as part of a team. Professional certifications in quality management and safety will be an advantage.
