In this role, you will oversee engineering projects at a group level, including planning, execution, and resource management.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure compliance with client specifications, manage procurement interfaces, and support bid preparation while adhering to both global corporate standards and local regulations. This role initially offers the possibility of relocation to Kazakhstan's Mangistau Region as part of our ongoing international project development strategy. Key Responsibilities:Plan, oversee, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Manage multi-discipline teams, engineering centers, procurement, and contractors. Ensure design consistency and compliance with client specifications. Support progress reporting and bid preparation, including reviewing ITB documents. Lead design reviews and resolve technical issues. Assist with strategic procurement planning and long-lead item inquiries. Report to the Project Manager and liaise with corporate management. Skills:Fluent ItalianExcellent English skills (advanced proficiency)Russian language preferred/bonusStrong leadership and team management abilitiesCalm and systematic problem-solving approachQualifications:Education: Technical degree (preferably in engineering). Experience: 10-15 years in a similar role within EPC contractors in the Oil & Gas sector.
