Job Responsibilities:He/She will support the Customer Project Engineer in main tasks as follows:managing technical handoff from bid phasemanaging project metricscreating project technical doc repository and managing customer spec flowdowncreating and managing project register and Vendor Document Registermanaging third party certification if applicablemanaging technical design review meetings (BDR, DDR, CCDR)organizing and managing technical risk reviews internally and with end customer (HAZOP, FMEA, etc.

)issuing machines data sheetissuing machine testing specificationsorganizing and managing VDR finalization, punch list closeout, hand off to site, project closeout and lessons learned processWork Experience Background & Skills:Demonstrated experience in Project Engineering role in several jobs without supervision. At least #3 main projects executed in the Oil & Gas segment. Fluent written and spoken English. Desired Skills:- Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability- Excellent documentation and presentation skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Excellent team-work attitude- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional interfaces;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Capable of working with the minimum of direction;- Self-starter with a positive attitude and high ethics;- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines- Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within and outside, across different cultures and time-zones. - Availability for business travels (short & long term travels)
