The resource will manage the technical aspects of our storage plants in Italy from their design/development to the operation phase. Reporting to the Europe Technical Director based in Brescia, the resource will be specifically in charge of:Technical support to the sales team for the selection of new sites for storage plants;Technical support to the development team, particularly for the design of storage plants;Preparation of all technical documents necessary to obtain administrative authorizations and grid connection agreements (SLDs, layouts, cadastral maps, plant sections, technical reports, etc.

);Support in negotiating and monitoring EPC, O&M, and aggregation contractsSupport in managing relationships with grid operators during development, construction/connection, and operation phases;Make sure that HSE documentation is up to date and that safety procedures are respected throughout the whole construction and operational process;In the operational phase:coordination of technical resources for the management of the active assets;preparation of asset management reports and control of compliance with KPIs, performance analysis, and assessment of the operation level of the systems;compliance of all deadlines to respect the legislation requirements of all governmental partners (customs, GSE, DSO, TSO, GME, etc.

). Bachelor's or Master's degree in energy, electrical or management engineering, with relevant experience;Ability to work in a team, independent management and motivation to grow in a highly dynamic environment;The ideal candidate is able to work on multiple projects at the same time, is determined , and oriented towards respecting deadlines;Availability to travel on time for visits to the plants;Knowledge and use of the Office package and in particular Excel;Knowledge of storage and the basics of electrical system design;Knowledge ofAutocad ;Knowledge of photovoltaics or Python coding is a plus;Languages: Italian and English at a technical level required, French is a plus;Driving licence B required for site visits. In this context of strong development, Smart Energies is strengthening its international team and is recruiting a Technical Engineer Storage within its Italian team based in Brescia (Italy).
