Your Role:As a Project Engineering Manager, you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders. Your Challenges:Manage the technical contractual scope of the projectManage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation planValidate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution DirectorDeploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the projectManage the project solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitmentsBe responsible for the project design and application engineering activitiesSupervise Verification & Validation activitiesQualifications:Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle viewRelevant experience in managing technical projectsHands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team managementCost and planning control experience in engineering scopeHands-on experience with Customer relationship in contractual situationsStrong leadership skillsFluent written and spoken EnglishYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
