This project leadership role will drive coordination, execution and communication across multiple engineering product lines, part of the GF&DS product family, within a single project.

The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for coordination between product line engineering teams to ensure successful completion of project activities on-time and on-budget.

As a Project Engineering Manager - Global Fabrication and Distribution (GF&DS) Systems, you will be:

- leading the project technical relationship with the client and internal/external stakeholders and functions

- coordinating GF&DS product lines engineering activities to achieve overall budget, on time execution and delivery targets

- being accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan

- leading projects scheduled reviews that track through KPIs progress and spending/productivity by the teams

- driving on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement

- managing the Engineering cost and the resource plan

- identifying, tracking and managing Risks and Opportunities during execution by mitigating (or maximizing) their impacts on project

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a degree in Engineering/Technology with previous experience in project engineering and/or project management

- Have experience in positions as project engineering, system engineering, project management or process improvements

- Be as a change agent with good credibility and influence in the organization and project teams

- Have ability to motivate others and achieve results and commitment to project execution

- Be customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities

- Have good oral and communication skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills

- Be resilient under all circumstances, working to heavy workloads as they arise, maintaining deliverables on time Executive level presentation skills

- Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts and deduce solutions
