Project Human Resources
We are currently looking for a
Project HR
for our pipeline project in Italy. The resource will report directly to the Project Manager (and functionally to the HR Department at Headquarters or the local HR Manager).
They are responsible for managing all aspects related to the Project's personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Project in managing personnel-related activities, including compliance with occupational lawOversee administrative tasks, including payroll and relations with local institutions and authoritiesAssist in preparing and monitoring budget plans for personnel costs using a digital workforce planning systemCoordinate staffing and demobilization, ensuring adherence to the Project Plan's timelines and cost targetsDefine and implement training and development plans in collaboration with Headquarters, based on project needsEnsure compliance with HR processes and procedures at the project levelSupport trade union relations and collaborate with the relevant Headquarters unitOversee the assignment and management of corporate benefits (e. g. , expat contracts)Provide periodic HR reports to HeadquartersCoordinate General Services and Facilities for the project workforce
Requirements:
At least 3/5 years' experience as HR Generalist or similar role in multinational companiesPrevious experience in managing Site personnelConfident working closely with all levels of projects organization, being approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationshipsExcellent organizational skillsGood knowledge of HR processes and guidelinesExcellent knowledge of English
