At our Italian location we are looking for a Project Launch Manager(m/f/d):

Main ActivitiesEnsure flawless production and perfect P1 launches in association to a P1/P0 Project development conducted in a Development CenterEnsure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: VPS principles, process standards, quality & costEnsure manufacturing/production quality objectives respect (process standards development, timing, capacity & logistic control…), contributing to product / process definition (leaded by Project Team), take Project QRQC responsibility on site starting OTOP preparation (after Off Tool OFTO achievement)Run at rate and FDPR planning and realization within quality objectives for assembly and upstream componentsManage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to customer.

Follow all modifications requestedFollow-up non quality costs and quality improvement plansCheck and validate Project Launch Members activities and proposes scenario to achieve milestonesEnsure appraisal and development of associated project team membersParticipate to all reviews: Design, Process & logistic, PFMEA, TSC, PMC , IVC & RU Ready starting from NPAV milestonePlay the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customerParticipate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI)

Desired skills and experience:Knowledge of engineering design of automotive lighting componentsFinancial skills about Product cost structure, pay backKnowledge of global lighting regulationsProduct Development process knowledge and practicePersonal skills to manage functional organization;CATIA V5: Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting AutonomousGood management skills, efficient communication and analytical skillsPrecise and concise written communication skillsGood computer skills ( Office)Independent workTeamworkPassion for the automotive industry.

LanguageFluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus.
