At our Italian location we are looking for a Project Launch Manager (m/f/d): Main Activities Ensure flawless production and perfect P1 launches in association to a P1/P0 Project development conducted in a Development Center.

Ensure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: VPS principles, process standards, quality & cost.

Ensure manufacturing/production quality objectives respect (process standards development, timing, capacity & logistic control…), contributing to product/process definition (led by Project Team), take Project QRQC responsibility on site starting OTOP preparation (after Off Tool OFTO achievement).

Run at rate and FDPR planning and realization within quality objectives for assembly and upstream components.

Manage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to customer.

Follow all modifications requested.

Follow-up non-quality costs and quality improvement plans.

Check and validate Project Launch Members activities and propose scenarios to achieve milestones.

Ensure appraisal and development of associated project team members.

Participate in all reviews: Design, Process & logistic, PFMEA, TSC, PMC, IVC & RU Ready starting from NPAV milestone.

Play the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customer.

Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).

Desired skills and experience: Knowledge of engineering design of automotive lighting components.

Financial skills about Product cost structure, payback.

Knowledge of global lighting regulations.

Product Development process knowledge and practice.

Personal skills to manage functional organization.

CATIA V5: Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting Autonomous.

Good management skills, efficient communication and analytical skills.

Precise and concise written communication skills.

Good computer skills (Office).

Independent work.

Teamwork.

Passion for the automotive industry.

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus.
