Description Project Lead Engineer for Battery storage and Microgrid systems We are looking for a Project Lead Engineer who will join our Grid Automation Business Unit.

As Project Lead Engineer, you will drive the project engineering, reporting to the Engineering Manager and working in a team with the Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities: Execution of Battery storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects leading all the technical activities and coordinating the project team.

Proactively seek and implement improvements in the execution process.

Support the bid & proposal team.

Requirements: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

At least 5 years of professional experience.

Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.

Fluency in both spoken & written Spanish, Italian, or German is not a must but considered a plus.

Good knowledge of power systems, LV, MV, and HV electrical equipment, switchgears, and generation equipment is required.

Knowledge of Microgrid systems, battery storage, and renewable generation is considered a plus.

Good knowledge of MS Office tools is required.

Flexibility to travel (occasionally) is required.
