Aufgaben Responsibilities Project Leadership : Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization, without direct personnel responsibility.

Goal Achievement : Ensure the complete execution of projects in accordance with global objectives.

Team Dynamics : Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, learning, and individual contributions.

Collaboration : Promote cooperation between team members from different business areas and locations to achieve global goals.

Communication : Serve as the primary contact for global account managers and act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Risk and Process Management : Encourage continuous improvement through regular reflection and process adjustment, as well as identifying and mitigating risks in the product development process.

Qualifikation Qualifications Talents and experiences that you ideally bring: Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics); an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience : Over 5 years as a project manager in product development, ideally in a global matrix organization.

Skills : Entrepreneurial profile with a focus on technical, logistics, marketing, and quality aspects; ability to independently execute complex projects.

Methods : Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and rapid prototyping is a plus.

Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS365, DevOps, and project management software.

Other : Fluent in English, willing to travel (~5%); experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
