We are now looking for a professional eager to join our Engineering Team in Varisco, Atlas Copco Padova. As **Project Leader **you'll be part of an operational team with the goal to** **manage engineering design projects in according to national and international legislation, following also our corporate guidelines and requirements.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Coordinate and develop new projects to improve efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics and environmental performance for our customers.

- Define Timing and planning every phase of new projects.

- Follow up with the Team Leader and the Engineering Manager about the status of the project.

- Collaborate with the other teams of Engineering (R&D, Labo Team, Electrics and Electronics Team)

- CAD 2D and 3D design and creation of all the drawings necessary for new products and update of current products.

- Update drawings, BOM, lists and related documents.

- Release the manual instructions and spare parts.

- Collaborate with other departments on the activities related to the improvement project during the different phases: Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Aftermarket.

- Proven experience in project management (min 3 years)

- Experience in designing, castings and machining (min 3 years)

- Master's degrees in mechanical engineering or similar

- Specialization in hydraulic engineering

- Design with CAD 2D and 3D

- Experience with Solidworks

- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to details and data analysis skills

- Problem solving and team working attitude

- Fluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (both spoken and written)
