For a multinational group, we are looking for a:

**_ Project Leader_

- Plan and coordinate all phases of project development, from the Project Start to the Series Production.

- Analyse the contents of the product identikit, the technical requirements enclosed in the customer specifications, as well as the regulatory requirements related to the product and the sales market.

- Define the project budget and the development Gantt and will regularly report their status to the Management, defining any corrective actions that might be necessary.

- Lead the product design and validation phases in compliance with the shared technical and quality requirements, he define the tasks and resources necessary for the completion of the intermediate project "gates", he support the Marketing and Sales Departments in the management of the Client (external), and he manage - with the Team - the requests of the stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree

- Adequate knowledge of materials (metals, elastomers, plastics) and their main mechanical characteristics.

- Good knowledge of design methodologies (DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE. . . ) and product development tools (PPAP, APQP, . . . )

- Good organizational, managerial, and relational skills (Project Management, Negotiation and conflict management, Team building).

- Strong leadership is required to guide and guide the Team to the result, and a good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) to be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
