DescrizioneManpower Group, leader in the creation of integrated job matching and career development solutions, is looking for Philip Morris MTB Spa for a:Project LeaderActivities:The resource will follow end-to-end projects in the field of Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4. 0 with a special interest over integrated facilities management systems (IFMS)Co-Ideate, Develop and manage improvement projects concerning Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure efficient and effective monitoring, analysis and control of building services. Lead loss elimination initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs such as energy consumption and improve sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy-saving technologies and practices. Monitor and analyze project/system performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (internal and external). Provide technical support and training to manufacturing stakeholdersProfile:3/4 year experience in the role of project leader/project manager in an industrial environment preferably in the field of integrated facilities management systems (IFMS)Bachelor's/Master degree in STEM, Engineering preferredProven experience in digital manufacturing/ Industry 4. 0, with a strong understanding of  loss elimination principles. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, good knowledge of PowerBICapability of programming in Python or R is a plusKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards.  (Pensate possa essere un ostacolo?
