We are looking for a Project Leader Body to join our Headquarter at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Product Line Chief Technical Engineer. Your mission will be to manage the activities of the product line that are required for their task area throughout the entire product life cycle.

You will be responsible for meeting all specified targets related to design, engineering, deadlines, costs and quality for the project within your technical area.

You will have corporate responsibility for the platform contents and will initiate the appropriate corrective actions if targets within your area of responsibility are endangered. Your assigned activities will be:Responsible for supporting the CTE in the definition of technical and product requirements within his/her technical area and respective achievementAccountable for reaching targets on direct costs, investments and supplier development costs within his/her technical area, supported by Finance SET membersResponsible for tracking and managing overall components timingAccountable for deciding for target deviations within his/her delegation of authority, escalating to Product Line in case of conflicts or deviations outside his/her delegation of authority, preparing underlying analyses for decisionResponsible for achieving defined body components targetsResponsible for Product Conformity according to the Compliance Risk AssessmentAbout youDegree in EngineeringAt least 5 years' experience in AutomotiveBackground in technical roles (focused on body field) and/or project management fieldTechnical knowledge on body systems (BIW, exteriors, interiors) and product developmentTime and costs managementDevelopment and Production processesProject ManagementFully proficient in English; German as a plus but not mandatorySelf-confidenceFlexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)Teamwork, also in the context of international teamsEmpathy and active listeningInterpersonal communication and conflict managementAnalysis and problem solvingWhat we offerHolistic Well-Being programParenthood programSpecific job posting for internal employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
