We are looking for a Project Leader inside Quality Department to join our Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division.

The Project Leader will be part of Manufacturing Unit Circuit Breakers in Frosinone, Italy.

In this role he will be responsible for deployment of the project Quality Wins Wave 2 and reference for Quality Wins operating model, and Continuous Improvement activities.

**This position reports to**:

Quality Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinating Quality Wins Wave 2 projects in Frosinone with the clear target to reduce PPM on products involved in the projects.

- Supporting HUB Quality Manager in the deployment of Quality Wins Wave 2 methodology in HUB / Division.

- Coordinating Quality Wins audit in the factory with the goal to keep high standards of Quality on all operation processes.

- Coordinating Plant Quality Circle and act as a clear reference for continuous improvement projects in the factory.

- Managing Quality KPI to involve all the factory towards achievement of high level of quality.

- Promoting Quality Wins Academy throughout the organization of training according Lean Six Sigma values.

- Reference for Continuous Improvement in the factory according Lean 6 sigma methodology.

- Supporting Quality Management System.

- Acting as a promoter for Problem Solving.

Resolution for reducing customer complaints from the market.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree (5 years) in Engineering.

- Experience in Quality department and/or Product Engineering Department.

Deep technical knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

- Good knowledge of supplier processes.

- Good knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and new products development.

- Lead Auditing Activity.

Experience in coordinating activities / projects.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies is considered a plus.

- Willingness to travel.

- Very good knowledge of English language.

- Positive spirit, Proactivity, team working, speediness and problem solving orientation; commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
