In your role as Project Leader HHP , you are responsible to approach, plan, define and drive projects through the established milestones by coordinating all necessary stakeholders, in respect of the given budget and deadlines.

You will be accountable for your projects result.

You will join our M2H HHP R&D Product Development Platform and you will directly report to the Platform Manager.

Main activities Coordinate all company functions involved in the development and launch of a new product.

Evaluate the feasibility of the project, under technical, resources and economical point of view.

Drive the overall product development process from pre-study and kick off phase till the project launch and first feedback from market.

Act with an entrepreneurial approach on the business generated by the new product.

Prepare and structure the business plan with the collaboration of the controlling department.

Collect financial information related to operational costs and investments needed to carry out the project.

Follow the technical and design aspects definition.

Submit the results obtained to all the stakeholders involved.

Plan and manage the formal meetings to assess and validate the robustness and consistency of the project evolution.

Your good communication skills, relationship management and pragmatic approach complete your profile.

Your profile Master degree in Engineering (mechanical, electric / electronic engineering).

7-10 years' experience in progressive project management roles in a global environment, preferably in R&D/product development.

Technology solutions development process knowledge.

Strong Project Management competencies.

Project life cycle, PM methodologies and PLM software use.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Fluency in English Available for business travel Location: Agrate Brianza, hybrid (2 dd smartworking/week).
