On behalf of a leading provider of HVAC solutions, we are looking for a:

**R&D Project Leader HVAC

Main responsibilities:

- Plan development and meet deadlines;

- Propose concepts that guarantee the best technical-economic compromise while respecting the marketing specifications;

- Lead and inspire a functional team.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree, Thermodynamics specialization appreciated;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management;

- Proficient in English;

- Analyse and synthesize a set of data;

- dentify relevant information to design coherent scenarios;

- Demonstrate creativity and anticipation in formulating proposals;

- Get organized, manage time;

- Mastering office tools;

- Comply with the "design & industrialize" processes of the factory;

- Formalize in order to capitalize and transmit knowledge;

- Ensure the convergence of the people involved in the project;

- Communicate, pass on information, listen, negotiate, convince, coach and motivate the team.
