Clivet, a Midea Building Technology Company, is looking for a Project Leader to join the fast-growing engineering team making breakthrough innovations for Midea Clivet products. This position is based on-site in Feltre, Italy. Essential Responsibilities: Lead assigned traded projects from start to finish, driving successful completion within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee all project qualification activities from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications. Collaborate closely with Clients, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate the definition, qualification, and approval of traded products. Manage all technical and commercial project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Identify and address potential risks proactively, implementing effective mitigation plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within the HVAC industry. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e. g. , MS Project) and technical documentation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Fluency in English is required.
