We are now looking for a professional eager to join our Engineering Team in Varisco, Atlas Copco Padova. As Project Leader , you'll be part of an operational team with the goal to manage engineering design projects in accordance with national and international legislation, following our corporate guidelines and requirements. Varisco Product Company is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial applications. Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with years of history behind it. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate and develop new projects to improve efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics, and environmental performance for our customers. Define timing and planning for every phase of new projects. Follow up with the Team Leader and the Engineering Manager about the status of the project. Collaborate with the other teams of Engineering (R&D, Labo Team, Electrics and Electronics Team). Perform CAD 2D and 3D design and create all necessary drawings for new products and updates of current products. Update drawings, BOM, lists, and related documents. Release the manual instructions and spare parts. Collaborate with other departments on activities related to the improvement project during different phases: Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Aftermarket. What we expect from our candidates: Proven experience in project management (min 3 years). Experience in designing, castings, and machining (min 3 years). Master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar. Specialization in hydraulic engineering. Design with CAD 2D and 3D. Experience with Solidworks. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills. Problem solving and team working attitude. Fluent in Italian and good command of English (both spoken and written) is essential. What is important for us: Active collaboration with your colleagues.
