This Project Leader will support the product development team in the creation of innovative, high-value solutions for challenging real-world problems. Product DevelopmentWork on new product ideas doing market searches, preparing detailed report including design proposal for approval. Define and create product master data. Maintain overview of patent in relevant portfolio. Define test needs in cooperation with Test Engineer, define quality standards for production. Prepare data for sales releases and create documentation for sales process (competitor comparison, sales arguments, etc.

). Handle Q-claims for relevant product portfolio. Customer SupportSolve problems at customer side (check process layout, belt dimensioning, propose solutions, etc.

). Advise design for special customer specific items and proposal for conveyor design for customer. Education and experienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry (Plastic Engineering) or similar technical degrees. 3 years of experience in leading projects, preferably working in international teams. Knowledge of Creo, 3D CAD. Knowledge of conveying systems. Knowledge of project management techniques. English written and spoken.
