For our Genoa office we are looking for a Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist

- ** Your Role **:The Project Logistic Expert (Sea Logistics) works within the Project Logistics.

Project Logistics is accountable for the acquisition and execution of Industrial, Civil, Marine and Energy Projects Contracts.

The Project Logistic Specialist Is part of the Operations Department and is accountable for shipment management in terms of economical optimization and service provided, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction Focuses on Projects Sea Logistic acting as a shipping expert for Project, Renewable Energy and Marine sectors.

- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Receive and manage documents and pieces of information from shippers, principals, vendors, and commercials

- Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure efficient trasportation flows

- Manage Customs Documents, own responsibility for problems resolution

- Shipment sustainability

- Foster economical sustainability and performance optimization providing stakeholders with information and insights to prospect the most efficient solution

- Negotiate rates with suppliers

- Issue invoices to clients

- Control costs and revenue

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Fluent in Italian

- English Advanced

- Leadership Experience

- Project Management Experience

- Flexibility

- Team working

- Ability to apprentice

- Driver license
