We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the new Europe HQ in Erbusco.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the life cycle of complex and strategic projects;

- Ensuring project delivery, monitoring compliance with timeframes, service levels, budgets and strategic objectives;

- Contributing to process efficiency;

- Ensuring project quality and the implementation of innovative solutions to address challenges;

- Implementing best practices, managing risks and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the machinery sector;

- Degree in engineering,

- Direct management of project teams;

- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;

- Knowledge of project management tools;

- Good command of the English language is preferable.
