About Aitown:
Aitown is a Genoa-based startup specializing in AI and software development, actively engaged in EU-funded research projects.
We work closely with international partners to advance technology for smart, sustainable solutions.
Position Overview:
We're looking for an intern (6 months) with potential for extension.
This person will support project administration, manage communication with international partners, and assist in day-to-day operations.
Ideal candidates include students or recent graduates in fields like Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, software engineering, data science, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact with international partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
Use Microsoft Office, Teams, and other tools to manage meetings and document workflows.
Qualifications:
Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Technical Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and document management).
Experience with EU horizon projects is highly appreciated.
Experience with website design UI/UX, social media content, and graphic tools (e. g. , Canva, Photoshop) is highly appreciated.
Communication & Organization: Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks in a collaborative setting.
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate law or economics is helpful but not required.
