Responsibilities:1? Connect with overseas energy storage customers, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities;2? Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side;3? Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;4? Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement;5? Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;6? Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;7? Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.

Requirements:1? At least 3 years of experience for PM;2? Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery;3? Good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing;4? Oversea working experience is prior consideration;5? Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment.
