Our Graduates Program aims to provide recent BS, MS, and PhD graduates the opportunity to experience a role at our company before committing to a team long-term.

Based on their background, hires will be working on technical, clinical, or business projects in our TrakCare or HealthShare teams.

This position is office-based at our Milan office.

Please note that, while the majority of teams at InterSystems operate within a model that emphasizes workplace flexibility by allowing a combination of working at home (typically 2 days per week) with working in the office (typically 3 days per week), this position would be required to be in the office 5 days a week throughout your first 6 months at the company.

This is a 12-month paid internship opportunity, with potential to be extended to a permanent position.

Qualifications: The program is intended for recent or soon-to-be graduates from a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program.

Interdisciplinary academic work in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or similar subjects is required.

Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experience.

Project management curiosity.

Interest towards the healthcare informatics environment.

Analytical mindset and collaborative attitude.

Flexible demeanor in an ever-changing work environment.
