Description**:

We are looking for a young and highly motivated intern with a sparking **passion for the web and communication**, to join Latte Creative's team.

Learning from a senior project manager how to organize the team's work and carry out the client relationships.

In the production phases you will assist in overviewing the projects from concept throughout delivery; determining resources, preparing budgets, scheduling, assigning tasks and making sure every product responds to top quality standards.

Projects you will deal with include: websites, digital campaigns, web communication strategies, content promotions, video production, copywriting, media relationships, online ADV.

- deal daily with clients, teams, suppliers, budgets and offers, in collaboration with the senior manager

**Requirements**:

- **a minimum of confidence with Microsoft office suite and Google Drive**:

- ability to work independently and set your priorities

- **Italian and English language proficiency**:

- excellent client-facing and communicative capabilities

- proactive and independent attitude as you are expected to provide solutions, work alone and solve problems fast

- communicate effectively, inspire collegiality and find the best solutions for the well being of the team

**Nice to have**:

- familiarity with the non-profit, arts or culture sector

- **familiarity with ethical and sustainable culture**:

- technical or communication hard skills

- experience in the management of projects and teams is appreciated

- **other languages

**Working hours**:

Full time but we allow flexible schedule when necessary

**Remuneration**:

Paid internship, 6 months

**Location**:

Rome/Turin.

We are always on the go, so don't be shy if you live elsewhere!

Due to the moment usually, we work in remote working.
