**Project Management Officer**:

Based in La Spezia office (smart working applicable!

), as part of Business Improvement Department, we're looking for a PMO to coordinate Projects execution in KRUK Italia and to develop Project Manager.

**The PMO in projects is demanding coach who**:

Assures that project brings values and works continuously on improving the gameplayers tactics and strategies;

Supervise projects healthiness - coaches and challenges Sponsors and PMs;

Assures realization of right projects to achieve company BP and Strategy;

Validates project launch (also international launch locally) - revision of initiative readiness to be a project, verifies the scope definition and resources allocation, prioritization of project;

Adding project to portfolio in Jira, supervises internal and external cost tracking in projects.

**The PMO in projects is a referee who**:

Sets the rules of the game, defines the field boarders on which we play and monitors execution during when the game is played;

Supports development of project management framework;

Monitors projects subportfolio execution according to agreed KPI's;

Manages projects subportfolio management routines;

Manages cash-in vs. cash-out of projects subportfolio;

Optimizes projects subportfolio (identifies potential bottle necks in resources, recommends projects acceleration, freezing and adding);

Develops Project and Change Community.

**Requirements**:

BSc or MSc University Degree

At least 3 year track record of project management

Excellent relationship building and key stakeholder management skills

Capability to work effectivly in international environment and fast changing context

Strategic, positive thinker

Fluent English in speaking and writing

Eagerness to share own knowledge and develop the Change and Project Community

Analytical skills for problem-solving, identifying alternative solutions and making recommendations based on your findings

Effective organizational and planning skills, with the ability to complete work in a timely manner
